SILT joins Francis Thicke, John Ikerd and other leaders in food and farming at Local Food Summit running in conjunction with Fairfest Sept. 1-4 in Fairfield.

SILT President Suzan Erem will join a panel about the future of local foods with these leaders and others. The weekend also includes a local food business showcase, expo, awards luncheon and keynote by author Raj Patel.
