SILT proudly announces the arrival of a wonderful book called “Letters to a Young Farmer,” featuring three dozen esteemed writers, farmers, chefs, activists, and visionaries who address the highs and lows of farming life, as well as larger questions of how our food is produced and consumed. One of those visionaries is Iowa’s own Fred Kirschenmann. Watch for a possible author signing event in the future …
